Information we collect
TrustStay may collect account details, booking details, listing information, uploaded photos, support requests, and payment-related identifiers from trusted payment providers.
Photo evidence
Cleanliness and arrival photos are used to verify property condition, support booking decisions, and review disputes. These photos may be visible to the booking parties and authorized support/admin users.
Payments
Stripe handles payment and payout details, including debit cards, credit cards, and Apple Pay where available. TrustStay should not store full card numbers, wallet credentials, SSNs, ITINs, or bank credentials in the app database.
Support
When you contact support, we may use your booking, listing, account, and photo evidence details to help resolve the issue.
Security
Private storage, row-level security, and signed photo URLs help protect booking evidence. Production launch should include a full security and policy review.
