Compare the space with photos.
Photo proof
Upload 3–5 arrival photos.

Ask for review if something is wrong.
Before you book
Read the full listing description and stay type.
Check whether the stay is an entire place, private room, shared room, suite, studio, or basement unit.
Review bathroom, kitchen, entrance, and shared-space details.
Check max guests, amenities, cancellation policy, and support options.
Look for current photos showing the room and what is included.
When you arrive
Open your booking when you arrive.
Look at the owner’s latest cleanliness/turnover photos.
Upload 3–5 current arrival photos before accepting or requesting refund review.
Take full-room photos plus close-ups of any issue.
If something does not match, explain clearly and contact support.

Entrance, door, hallway, or exterior approach
Close-ups of any cleanliness/safety issue
