Required photo evidence
Owners must submit 3–5 photos for each required room: bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, and living room.
Photos should show the full room plus important surfaces such as sinks, showers, beds, counters, floors, and seating areas.
Guests must upload arrival photos before accepting a stay or requesting a refund.
Screenshots, old photos, unrelated images, or misleading photos can lead to review, suspension, or rejected claims.
