Host listing steps
Describe exactly what guests can book
Choose entire place, private room, shared room, guest suite, studio, or basement unit. Be very clear about shared bathroom, kitchen, entrance, and whether the owner lives on property.
Upload honest listing photos
Show the rented space, bathroom access, kitchen/living area, entrance, amenities, and any shared areas. TrustStay currently requires at least 5 offer photos.
Confirm local rules and tax responsibility
Before submitting, confirm permission to host, local rental rules, permit/license status, tax responsibility, and payout/chargeback responsibility.
Submit fresh turnover photos
After each guest leaves, upload current room photos before the listing accepts the next booking. This protects both the next guest and the host.
